1. Course Cancellations

Students may cancel their enrollment in any course within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@algoxfusion.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Custom Plans & Corporate Training

For custom learning plans and corporate training packages, cancellation policies will be outlined in the specific contract agreement. Generally, a 30-day notice is required for any cancellations or significant modifications.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, certification exam fees, and offline in-premise training deposits are generally non-refundable unless the training is cancelled by AlgoxFusion.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of severe medical issues or other verifiable emergencies, please contact us and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
